Do you ship internationally?
Yes, @Bar London ships internationally. International customers are responsible for all customs duties and taxes. International shipping rates are calculated by the shipping carrier depending on the weight of the package.
How much does delivery cost?
Worldwide delivery via Royal Mail is absolutely FREE for orders over £50. Otherwise postage is charged at £3.95 for First Class and £2.95 for Second Class for UK residents. For EU orders, the cost is £8.99. For all other orders, the shipping cost is £12.99. All parcels are sent via Royal Mail.
Is there a sales tax charge on my order?
There is no sales tax or VAT charged on any orders.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation with a Royal Mail tracking number via e-mail when your order is posted.
We cannot guarantee shipping times for international shipments. International shipping can be delayed 3-6 weeks or longer depending on customs or country of destination. While we provide tracking numbers on all shipments, not every country we ship to tracks shipments all the way to the destination. While the majority of our shipments arrive without issue, we cannot be responsible for lost, stolen or delayed shipments. We recommend you take your tracking info to your local post office to assist with tracking and timeline.
What are your payment options, and can I pay using my own currency?
You can pay via PayPal. We accept payment in £GBP.
How will my product be packaged?
All orders arrive beautifully wrapped in quality packaging and will then be securely placed into our shipping boxes / courier packs.
Do I need to sign for my order?
Yes. For added security all deliveries require a signature. Please try and have the order delivered to an address where someone will be available to accept delivery during normal working hours, such as an office.
Can I return an order if I change my mind?
Just contact us within 14 days and we will arrange this for you. For more information visit our Terms & Conditions page.
We do not accept returns on international orders and shipments.
